Confirmed appointments with no balance due, will receive an email from instructor at least 2 hours prior to virtual session.

If your scholar misses scheduled appointment time, sessions can be rescheduled within 1 week. Deposit will apply.
You will receive an email from a member of BTC to reschedule session within 1 week. After 7 days of scheduled appointment, deposit is not refundable or transferable.
