Book appointment with preferred tutor on this website. Create account and confirm date and time in scheduler. 50% payment (refundable or transferable deposit) is due at the time of booking. Terms apply only within 24-hour notice for cancellation.

Confirmed appointments with no balance due, will receive an email from instructor at least 2 hours prior to virtual session.

Email us at beyondtheclassroomdallas@gmail.com at least 24 hours before confirmed appointment time to cancel or reschedule.

What if I missed my scheduled session?

Accepted Answer

If your scholar misses scheduled appointment time, sessions can be rescheduled within 1 week. Deposit will apply.

What if I do not pay my balance due?

Accepted Answer

You will receive an email from a member of BTC to reschedule session within 1 week. After 7 days of scheduled appointment, deposit is not refundable or transferable.
